Kento Kudo – Remedial Massage Therapist

Kento is an experienced massage therapist, who has studied a BSc Exercise Science in America and a Diploma of Remedial and Sports Massage in Sydney. His goal is to use his extensive knowledge to support and increase his clients’ natural healing for pain relief and performance.

His love of Remedial Massage Therapy stems from the opportunity to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to help others achieve their health goals.

Kento is constantly learning and developing his skills. He has experience in:

• Trigger point treatment
• Myofascial release
• Dry needling
• PNF stretching
• Acupressure points

On a personal note, Kento has played soccer and futsal for over 30 years and is still loving it. He is a father of two children and in his spare time enjoys spending time with family and friends, eating good food, relaxing and listening to jazz music.
